This policy explains what we collect when you order from us, why we collect it, who processes it for us, and the rights you have over it.

We collect the minimum the service needs:

• Your name, phone number and email address, so we can prepare your order, confirm it, and reach you if something changes.
• Your address, when you order delivery, so we can deliver to it.
• Your postcode, to check the address sits inside our delivery area.
• Your order history, if you hold an account, so re-ordering is easy.

There are no advertising trackers on this site. We never sell your data, and we never share it for marketing.

A small set of services process data on our behalf, each for a single job:

• Convex: our database and backend hosting, where orders and account details are stored.
• Clerk: sign-in for optional accounts.
• Square: payment processing. You enter your card details with Square and they stay with Square, under Square's own privacy policy; we never see or store them.
• Resend: delivers our order confirmation emails.
• postcodes.io: turns the postcode you type into coordinates for the delivery-area check. It receives the postcode and nothing else about you.

Your basket and your choice of delivery or collection are kept in your browser's localStorage. That storage is strictly necessary to run the service: it holds your order while you build it, and it does not track you. If you sign in, Clerk stores what it needs to keep you signed in.

Every email we send is transactional: it is about an order you have placed, like the confirmation. We will only ever send marketing email if you give us separate consent first.

We keep order records for as long as accounting and other legal obligations require, and no longer. If you hold an account, you can ask us to delete the account and the personal data that goes with it.

UK GDPR gives you rights over your personal data: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability.
