Terms of service

Last updated: 17 August 2026

1. Who we are

Panjab Express is run by Panjab Express Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16806282. You will find us at 13 Albert Road, Morecambe, Lancashire, LA4 4HD, and on 01524 544269, seven days a week between 11:00 and 23:00.

These terms apply whenever you order food from us through this website, for delivery or for collection. Placing an order means you accept them, so please read them first.

2. Your order and your contract

When you place an order, we take payment straight away. The contract between you and us forms when your payment succeeds and we confirm the order, on screen and by email. Until then there is no contract, and if we cannot confirm your order we refund anything you have paid.

3. Prices and payment

Every price on this site is in pounds sterling and includes VAT where it applies. Payment is processed by Square: you enter your card details with Square and they stay with Square, so we never see or store them. Payment is taken in full when you place the order.

4. Delivery and collection

  • We deliver within 5 miles of the shop, measured in a straight line.
  • Delivery costs £3.00, and delivery orders have a £10.00 minimum.
  • Collection has no fee and no minimum order.
  • You can order for as soon as possible, or pick a same-day time slot.

Any delivery or ready time we quote is an estimate, not a guarantee. We keep to our estimates as closely as a busy kitchen allows.

5. Changing or cancelling an order

Your food is cooked to order, so an order cannot be cancelled once the kitchen has started preparing it. If you need to change or cancel, call us on 01524 544269 straight away and we will do whatever the state of your order allows.

Because everything we sell is made to order and perishable, orders are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

6. If something goes wrong

If your order arrives wrong or incomplete, or does not arrive at all, call us on 01524 544269 and we will put it right. Depending on the problem, that means a replacement or a refund processed through our payment provider.

7. Orders we cannot fulfil

We may decline or cancel an order we cannot fulfil: an address outside our delivery area, the shop being closed, an item running out, or suspected misuse of the service. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you receive a full refund.

8. Allergens

Allergen information for every dish is published in our allergens guide. If you or anyone you are ordering for has a food allergy or intolerance, you must tell us every time you order: call 01524 544269 before placing the order.

9. Accounts

You never need an account to order; guest checkout is always available. If you do create one, you sign in with an email code or with Google. Keep that sign-in access to yourself, because anyone who has it can use your account.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute about them belongs to the courts of England and Wales.
